Can you match the colours of my logo?
Where possible pantone colours can be matched to the nearest embroidery thread though not every pantone has a correlating thread colour
What kind of files/programs do you accept/recommend?
For embroidery we can accept most file formats but would prefer jpeg or eps where possible
I have an embroidery file from my previous supplier, can we use that?
If it’s a DST file then yes though artwork amendment fees apply to images requiring resizing. Email it through to us and we will check that it is ok to use.
Why do I have to pay to have my artwork digitised?
We use specialist software that coverts your image or artwork into instructions for the embroidery machine to know where to stitch, what type of stitch to use and positional guidance. This is your file to request a copy of should you ever wish to move your embroidery work.
Does it cost extra to have more than one colour in the design?
In a word – No!
If we just want some text, is there a set up charge?
Provided we can match your font to one of our existing fonts, there is no set up charge. If we can't match it, then there will be a set-up charge.
Can I request an embroidery proof before my job commences?
In most instances yes, once payment has been received we can send you a sample of your embroidery. If changes are required after sampling, there may be additional charges for having the artwork amendments re-digitised.
Can I supply items for embroidery?
Yes though we do ask they are unused or clean and devoid of horse hair, however, we have a huge range of horse & rider wear to choose from and as we are constantly monitoring the market for new and innovative products you may not find all our range online. Always ask us if you cannot find what you want. All items supplied by our customers is done at the customers risk and in the unlikely event of any machine damage caused we will not be held liable for replacement costs.
Can I see a sample of clothing for size or colour?
We will be happy to supply a sample or size range on a sale or return basis. The goods will be invoiced out to you, and a credit will be raised when you return the goods within 14 days, in a re-saleable condition. Any carriage will not be credited.
